5. Now, select a room listed in the Location Information Box.
6. In the Setup Information box:
a. Enter the number of guests.
7. In the Show Results As box:
a. Select either List or Grid.
(Visually, it is easier to view the available space by selecting the Grid view.)
b. Now, select the Search tab.
8. The available conference rooms appear.
9. Select the Reserve tab.
10. Select the Continue tab.
11. Now, you can enter the event name and contact information at this screen.
12. Then, select the Submit tab.
13. The Reservation Summary screen appears and your booking should have a status of confirmed. You have successfully booked the room, and it has been taken out of our inventory for the confirmed event times.
